About the role:

We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Junior Project Manager to join our team at Starpeak Insurance Solutions. As a Junior Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the planning, execution, and delivery of various projects within our organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who is eager to learn and grow within the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior project managers to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Assist in creating project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  • Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Support in conducting project meetings, documenting minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Assist in preparing project status reports and presentations for management.


  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration and/or management, project management, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in project management or a related role is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software is a plus.
  • A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
