Andy Brownsell is Chief Executive Officer of Starpeak. With more than 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, his expertise spans commercial leadership, digital distribution, governance, product development and business strategy. Having joined the company over two decades ago from a sports and leisure background, Andy has played a key role in Starpeak's growth and evolution. Today, he is responsible for the overall direction of the business, leading its continued expansion while balancing growth, innovation, customer outcomes and strong governance

Andy Pilgrim is the Chief Technical Officer at Starpeak Insurance Solutions, where he has been an integral part of the team since 2016. With a career spanning for two decades, Andy has a wealth of experience in bespoke business systems. Andy specialises in harnessing the power of Microsoft technologies to create innovative and tailored solutions and his expertise extends to developing intricate systems specifically designed for insurers and intermediaries. In his role as CTO, Andy has the responsibility of spearheading technological advancements within the organisation, including overseeing the development of eCommerce and back-office systems that are integral to Starpeak’s continued growth and innovation.
