About the role:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Lead Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Lead Developer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the technical direction of our products and leading a team of developers to deliver high-quality solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions that meet the needs of our clients and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and deployment of software solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and technical specifications.
- Architect and implement scalable and maintainable software solutions using best practices and industry standards.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and quality guidelines.
- Identify and address technical debt and performance bottlenecks.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and trends, and propose new solutions to enhance our products and processes
Qualifications / Experience:
- Extensive commercial development experience
- Expert at delivering projects in Microsoft .Net, SQL Server
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure
- Some knowledge of front-end technologies beneficial (especially VueJS)
- Strong understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
