2023 was a big year for Starpeak, featuring in many different press release publications. January has continued this trend with a steady flow of articles being published which our Founder and Managing Director, Julian Hucks, has had the privilege of contributing in.


The power of AI in revolutionising our customer service is momentous. Not only within the Insurance sector, but within many other industries too. In a recent InsurTech Digital article, Julian Hucks explored some of the ways Starpeak is using and implementing AI in everyday tasks within the business.


Issue 8 of the Finance Derivative Magazine featured our Founder and Managing Director, Julian Hucks. In this publication, Julian discussed the impact of implementing and managing new regulations at Starpeak. This was a highly topical discussion point in 2023 when the new Consumer Duty rules were introduced and consequently Starpeak as an Insurance business, needed to adhere to them. As we progress with the new year, predictions for the year ahead are pivotal and hot in the press. A key focus in 2024 is elevating customer experience both at Starpeak and across the industry as a whole. In the Customer Experience Magazine, Julian Hucks explored some key predictions for CX including hyper-personalisation, AR and VR and Compliance and Regulation.


Throughout the 30+ years that Starpeak has been operating, the development of technology has been substantial. In a recent InsurTech article, our Founder and Director, Julian Hucks delved into Tech and CX being at the heart of the company. As a digital insurance distributor, for Starpeak it is crucial to remain up to date with these technological changes. Doing so will help ensure we are providing an excellent customer experience, remaining up to date with digital distribution, implementing AI and more.
